Well, as you can tell, I am still struggling with my health. This has been one of my longer periods of downtime. I can usually do something here and there, but not this time. I have missed reading your blogs and talking to all my friends and relatives.
I think I will change things for awhile until I get myself back on course. I will blog about anything here, besides my writings and poetry, that may be on my mind. I am trying to simplify my life and not expend so much of my energy. It is as one friend said: 'It's like your battery is run down and you have to recharge it.' That is so true for all of us. We tend to waste our energy on needless thoughts and actions. I can tell you, my bed is getting boring - which may also be a good sign.
Yesterday, for the first time in months, I was inspired to write a spiritual poem. I believe since my energy is at an all time low, I couldn't connect well with the Other Side. I am looking at this incident as a good sign.
I want all of you to know that in my mind there is no difference between friends and relatives. I see us all as family. So, therefore, I want to wish my unusually large family (lol) a very very Happy Thanksgiving. May your table be heavy with food, may your hearts weigh heavy with love, may those you love and miss contact you, and may your day be weighed down with happiness and joy.
