Deepak Chopra is a well-known international figure in mind-body healing concepts. He has written more than 55 books which are published in over 85 languages. He is the founder of the Chopra Center for Wellness.
The Chopra Center is based on three pillars of wisdom: meditation/ayurvada/yoga. Most of us are well familiar with meditation and yoga. Ayurveda is an ancient Vedic concept from India that is more than 5,000 years old. It is a natural healing system.
I mention Deepak Chopra today because he has helped me tremendously with my health problems, and I've never even met this man. But I have read his books and I do get his newsletter. You've also seen several quotes of his in my Inspirational Guidance page.
